Arlo wireless doorbell won’t ring second phone

I set up second account it has all p Permissions granted. Can get alerts on all cameras and doorbell. But when push doorbell button it will only call the first account. Any ideas what to try? I also tried removing and regranting permission too still same. And both are iPhones and settings are same on both.

Hello,

Yes. Problem still exists. I turned off permission and back on and waited 24 hours incase there was a delay in system etc… still exists.

After farther troubleshooting was determined to be a os issue. Have to upgrade the second phone to newer model. Hopefully this helps others. Take care all
