I've seen that the 3-month trial subscription was supposed to be automatically added once the camera synced but I don't think that happened.

I don't see anything under My Subscriptions.

How do I get the 3-month free trial?

Thank you.

How long ago was the camera added to the account?

have you checked using the arlo web portal in pc browser under settings page, subscription, manage subscription?

Are you in a country where Arlo offers a subscription?

I set it up yesterday (Sunday). Camera was added. I bought it through Amazon. I see that I'm supposed to enter a code. I now see that the code is in the receipt. Will look for that now!

I looked in the receipt from Amazon and there was no code to enter, that I could see.

As far as I could see, there was no 16-digit code.

I ended up signing up for the $2.99 a month single-camera secure plan.

Should have been easier to start the "3-months included" portion.

Actually no.  You just leave the code out if you don't have one.

A new camera should have automatically given you the trial.  Was this perhaps refurbished?
