Hi camera won’t sync, done a hard reset already have another 2k camera working perfectly.
tried 2 different WiFi systems, still the same

If so, the camera may well be faulty so swap at the store.

Hi carried out a hard reset several times, everything working up to the point where it chimes but it will not synchronise

Does your WiFi SSID or password have special characters or a space in them? If so, remove them or, if your router supports a guest network, enable that with a more bland configuration.
