Arlo essential spotlight on but not working

Have it connected to power cable. 100% charged. Synced and reset and synced again three times. Was working for months, not it’s just on, light on front showing, but go into Arlo app under this connected camera and just says Arlo device appears offline. Hardware version H8. Latest update. Paid Arlo Smart Premier account subscription with 6/8 cameras used.

Try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices. It may also be useful to reset the camera by using the procedure found in the FAQs in the support section here. Hold the sync button on the bottom for >15 seconds and let the camera reboot. Try adding it back again.
