We cannot see any recordings for any of the doorbells

I just installed to Arlo essential doorbells to my account. We’ve also installed essential indoor cameras in both of those are recording and showing the recordings for the three month free trial but the doorbells have not. We cannot see any recordings for any of the doorbells and it does not

Have you looked in the subscription section of the app (looking at "manage cameras")?

 

If so, does it show the doorbells are being under a trial subscription?  Or do they show up under "no plan"?
