Hello,
I have a set of 3 cameras on my property, 1 of them is not working, not resetting, no light blinking, it gets power but I'm unable to connected back to the network. If anyone can help?
Another camera started to go offline about 3 weeks ago, and I have to plug it back in to the charge and connect it back to network every weekend via resetting protocol. If anyone can help, please?
Of the 3 cameras only 1 is working properly, I bought them back in June 2021, is this normal, for the cameras to perform this poor? What is life expectancy of the cameras? Can I get Arlo support email to send an email to them?

You reach support using the support area in the app. If you have a subscription (including trial), you will see a phone support option.

Try swapping it with other working camera, and see if the problem moves with the camera, or if it stays with the location.

If it is still under warranty, then it's best to contact support.
