Cant add friend, email invite fails on PC and Mobile

I granted access to a friend and he received the email and clicked the link on a PC (tried multiple PC's and browsers) not on mobile as per support instructions, but camera devices do not show up on his account, neither on PC or mobile. Tried multiple times with different email accounts, create account first then invite, invite then create account, nothing works. Please advise.

Does the invite show up as accepted in your account?

Also, check what user interfaces the two of you have.  You do this by looking at the main screen in the app.  The older user interface has a "Library" menu option.  The newer one says "Feed' instead.

For sharing to work, both of you need to be using the same UI.  If you aren't, please confirm what the two of you are using.
