I received and email after making a purchase that said
"Additional information is required to process your recent Arlo.com order #10459372. Please contact customer service...."
When doing so it says order number doesn't exists and hangs up after some time.
I've tried live chat but keep getting pushed back in line...
Please Assist.

No, but thank you. As stated, when using the order number online or by calling support, it says my order doesn't exist. Card has been charged, but no order. Phone eventually will hangup and i cant find an option to speak with a human.
Ive read this has happened to people. Some was that browser was in incognito mode, which mine stays in. Eventually an arlo support member reads this, sends them a pm, and it gets addressed.
In the mean time, I am out 4 cameras and a doorbell with no way to talk to an actual human that I can figure out other than waiting here.
