I tried to add my new essential spotlight camera to app and after successful scanning the barcode , the app can not find the device . I have tried to reset the camera , checked the password and my network is 2,4 mhz.
Any idea what could be the problem?

Might be fastest to just swap at the store.

It works in the store but not at home . So i guess there should be something wrong with my network settings, but what ? I was suspicious about ports being closed at my local router or ISP . But how can I find out if there is port issue ? Or it is something else i should check in the router ?

Try rebooting the router. Who owns it - you or the ISP? If yours, have you made any security setting changes? Arlo also requires WPA2 to connect so be sure that's what you're using for your WiFi.

Thx for your comments . I get my internet as wifi from a local isp provider . I was suspicious that it has something to do with ports so i asked them to open ports 80 and 443 ( honestly i don't know which ports are used or even if it needs any open port ) but did not help .
Any other idea ?

If you are adding the camera from your phone, try turning off mobile data. You could also try adding the camera from your PC web browser.

The bar code is telling the camera your home WiFi SSID and passphrase.  If something is mis-typed, then the process will fail.  It's also conceivable that there is a character in the SSID or passphrase that the camera isn't handling.  You could also try setting up a guest network with a simpler passphrase, and see if that works.
