Arlo Essentials spotlight camera not charging

My camera shows 1% but will not charge. It’s firmware is updated and I have restarted the camera and no luck. When I plug it in I get the blinking blue lights then one red light. On the app it shows the charging symbol, but after 12 hours it still shows 1%. The camera is maybe 2 months old and I’m at a loss of what to do. Any ideas on how to get it to charge.
