Bring a camera close to the base/router to see if makes a difference.

you could also reset the cameras by using remove device and re-installing
test again

This could be due to poor signal strength or interference. As suggested above, try bringing the camera close to your base/router temporarily and test again to see if you experience the same behavior.

Thanks. I did bring both cameras closer to my Wifi router (no base stations with the Essential). It seemed to improve battery life fairly significantly, but I'm still seeing frequent drops in battery percentage from day to day. I'm thinking now it is due to my unstable Wifi and the cameras having to reconnect a few times throughout the day. Will keep everyone updated! Thanks!

How many total minutes per day of live viewing and recording are going on? If frequently >5 minutes per day that could explain the battery drop.
