I’m finding it difficult to email Arlo requesting how I replace my Essential X-LARGE outdoor camera as it has stood working. It is still under warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards Dave

Do you have a subscription for the camera? If you do, you can contact support using the app. Phone support is probably the best option there.
If not, post back. The mods can create a support request on your behalf.
