I have an Essential xl camera that has stopped working, no power no lights. The warranty runs on the 6th Jan 25. I tried to send an email but it bounced back and I got the address from the Arlo website. Any help would be appreciated

Use the app to go to Settings, Support. There's a Contact Support section at the top or choose your camera and follow along to get to the support choices.
