Worst customer service ever

My app will not work and there is no way to chat with a person to solve this.  Almost got scammed trying to call a number and they wanted $99 to “update my firmware” on my app.   Just emailed the support email and it got sent back.   What a shame.  Looking into Google cams right now.

When i type in my login credentials it says unknown error.  I have tried deleting app and re downloading I have tried restarting my phone still the same outcome
