Spotlight issues

I purchased a bundle of two. And I'm having major issues with the spotlight not working. It doesn't come on at night. If I go into my settings and toggle it on it's constantly on 24/7. I go into the behaviors and tell it to be on night vision I've tried it with black and white I've tried it with color. I have a subscription. Can somebody tell me how to make my spotlight flash on in the middle of the night when people are coming into my yard otherwise my camera doesn't pick up their movement for some reason.

It's normally on only when motion is detected. 

In the camera settings, Night Vision should be Color Night Vision, Light Settings should have Spotlight toggled on. In Routines, the camera rule just needs to have motion detection enabled along with the Record Video action.
