Camera not tilting

My camera don't want to tilt what can I do to fix it

How are you trying to tilt? Is this during live view?

This is an old post but I see no one really gave good answers....2 of 3 of mine just stopped tilting as well. I could hear the motor running trying to move it but it just wouldn't move. I pulled the side case off to find the bracket that the gear shaft slides into shattered into 3 pieces. I suspect the other camera is the exact same way. Cheap built camera that they don't sell parts for.
