How can I set up cameras to wifi hotspot on my phone if I don't have a home Internet network?

One challenge with this idea is that you won't get any notifications or recordings when you are away from home (unless you leave the phone with the hotspot at home).  You also might not get much range, since the phone hotspot doesn't have the reach of a router or wifi extender.

 

You should be able to set it up using the normal wifi setup procedure, but of course you need the hotspot turned on.
