^^ Useless AI response.

STart by verifying the camera is in the subscription. Can you use live feed and make a manual recording? If so, what is your active mode as shown on the Dashboard? Is there an appropriate rule for the camera in that mode?

I have a Secure Single Camera subscription until 2026. I can see a live image but there doesn't appear to be a button to make a manual recording. It is set for Arm Away and the rule for the camera is Motion - Record & Notify with all Automations disabled ie Schedule 1, Schedule 2, Arrive, Leave. The feed page is blank.

Touch the video while livestreaming and you should see some icons overlay the video.  The center bottom should be show a target.  Touch that, and recording should start.  The center of the target will turn red during recording.

The button at the centre bottom of screen when viewing a live video is a  microphone button. No sign of a recording button.

Depending on the version of the camera (FHD or 2k), check the camera settings under Video Settings to see if you have Local 2k Live Streaming enabled. Disabling that should get you the manual record icon (and others).
