Incomplete configuration

I've added three new cameras (VMC2350-100EUS) to our Arlo surveillance system (18 cams + 3 new ones + 2 doorbell-speakers + base station) and gone through all the "add new camera steps", e.g. updated firmware, connected to the base station, got live feed video and sound during the configuration process and finished the process properly.

 

Still afterwards the camera doesn't work and says in Swedish something similar to "Incomplete configuration" with a red circle and exclamation mark. After config I can't get live feed in normal mode from the camera, but I can press something like "Finish integration" and then again I immediately get the config-view live-feed working during that repeated config-setup-process.

 

Seems like it's stuck there for some reason and I can't seem to do anything about it.

 

I have tried resetting the cams to default mode 3-4 times now, removing them all and re-adding them etc.

Can I have you please do a hardware reset. Press and hold the sync button on top of the camera for about 15 seconds or until the LED flashes amber three times and then let go of the reset. Wait for about 1 minute to complete the reset. Once that is completed try onboarding the camera again. Please make sure you are picking the Essential 2nd Gen and follow the set-up flow. Also, make sure your phone is connected to the local wifi network. Make sure the VPN and LTE are turned off.  The reset being done correctly is important so please make sure to do that correctly.
