MY CAMERA IS NOT PICKING UP MOVEMENT

All off a sudden my phone has stopped receiving notifications and the motion detector on my Camera doesn’t work anymore. I’ve reset it and recharged it. Trying to find an email or phone number to call is impossible. How can a company offer a service that can only get help via a community. Embarrassing. 2 months without the features I’m paying for.

You can get phone support via the support center in the app.
