Im getting an error code of temperature too low. I set it outside in the direct sunlight ( Mid 90"s) and still getting
error code

You can try removing the camera from your account, resetting it and add it back in to see if that fixes things.

If that doesn't help, use the app to go to Settings, Support and select your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
