Essential 2 in Brazil

Hi! I live in Brazil and my Arlo app does not show the option to add Essential 2nd Generation cameras. When will it be available in my region? I just bought a new camera and I can't add it.

I do not have any information on when 2nd generation devices will be available for onboarding in Brazil. Once we have more information available, I will provide an update.

I still can't install my Arlo 2 generation on my system here in Brazil. When will you update the app to allow me to use the camera I bought. I spent money buying this new camera in January 2024 and I still haven't been able to use it.
