Having issue with more than 1 person login

Can more than one person be login in? And I have sent the invite to the people and it is still showing pending.

You can only have one device logged into an account at a time.

Ask them to accept it on a PC - clicking on the "create account" link.  That will open the browser to my.arlo.com.  If they already have an account, they can just log into it (completing the 2-factor verification).
