Hi,
Just bought an Arlo camera and so far not great. The IR lights are on anytime night vision is turned on in the app and the camera is in the dark. It doesn't matter what mode I'm in or if the camera is recording or not, as soon as night comes around the IR LEDs turn on and the battery drains really fast. Im running the lastest firmware and app. Is there a fix for this? If not, I may need to look at another brand.

The IR leds should only be lit when the camera is live streaming or is actively recording motion. If the camera is idle, the IR leds should remain off while the camera sleeps.
Try removing and resyncing the camera and test again to see if you still experience the same behavior.

Hi James,
I actually tired that last night and it did temporarily fix the problem but when I woke up this morning, the IR LEDs were on again and the battery almost flat. I've also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it to no avail.
