So I get double charged for my subscription, it’s says “no active subscription” on my account and on my app, then when I click chat with an agent it says I don’t have a subscription so I’m not entitled to speak with an agent. Wtf is this mess?!? Anyone else have this problem?!? I’m about to switch camera providers all together.

Ok it’s only taken me to a webpage where I can only send in one screenshot. Nothing else has been done about this. I’m still double charged and still have no subscription.

I got an email that took me to a page to “update my case” but nothing beyond that. This is absolutely frustrating. I’m moving and my cameras aren’t recording anything even though I was charged twice. Still have the “no subscription” status and I’m not paying a third time. I absolutely refuse. If my place gets broken into while I’m running loads to my new place I’m going to be absolutely furious.
