I recently purchased essential 2 outdoor camera and doorbell. As when I did my research there was nothing about a subscription it wasn’t until after my trial period we realised that a subscription is needed to see the feed so we purchased a base station and SD card and STILL have no feed help.

You need to remove the cameras and doorbell from the account, and then re-add them (pairing them to the base).

I'd start with one of the cameras (getting storage working for it before continuing with the others), as that is easier than taking down the doorbell.

Did you purchase a VMB5000?

Are the cameras and doorbell paired with the smarthub?  Or are they connected to your home wifi?

Yes purchased that model - none are paired as it will not pair so have no feed.
