Not able to add the cameras back to Arlo Secure App

Hello,

 

I have 3 Arlo Essential 2nd Gen outdoor cameras which were working fine. Recently I had some network issues which is fixed now, but since then, I am not able to add back the devices back to Arlo Secure App.

 

I have tried to do the factory reset multiple times, but still I am not able to add the devices back. Need your help to see if anyone of you have encountered similar issue and how it was fixed.

Is the camera LED flashing amber?

 

Is the phone connected to your home wifi network with Bluetooth enabled?  Also, make sure any VPN on the phone is disabled.

Did you remove the camera from your account after resetting? Try this:

Yes the camera shows flashing amber light and phone is connected to the same home WIFI network and bluetooth is also enabled. There is no VPN. 

 

While connecting it always stucks at the screen which says "Searching for the device in our system..." and them it always fails giving same error message - "Camera failed to connect". Error code - 1120

Tried this multiple times....it isn't working

When you look at the attached device list in your router, are you seeing the camera there?

No, I don't see the camera there in the connected list in the router

It only shows when I try adding the device again in the Arlo Secure App......, but once it fails, with error 1120....the device doesn't reflect in the Router connected list.

Do you have a subscription?

Are any of the cameras on-line?

Yes, I do have the subscription and none of the cameras are online....I can't add any one of them in the Arlo Secure App......getting stuck at same point again and again....
