Cloud don't work

Hello! 

I can't see the recordings in my arlo app. So im basically paying for nothing right now. I can see the live view from both of the cameras but it dosen't save it to the cloud.

Did the trial subscription expire and you don't have a paid one? You mention "paying for nothing" but don't explain that.  Check Settings, Home, Plans.
