Purchased an Essential Outdoor 2nd Gen camera. The camera keeps going offline. Checked WiFi connectivity, signal strength, etc all checks out fine. Network strength shows strong, however the camera goes offline randomly. It eventually comes back online, sometimes within minutes, sometimes hours or days later. Need some guidance on what could be causing the problem.

Its beyond frustrating. I finally got one back on and put it up and got a notification that arlo updated the camera so it took it offline. I think arlo is doing this.

Is it just on one of your cameras or all of your cameras? Does it stay offline or is it only for a certain amount of time? What type of device are you using Android or iOS?

After repeatedly doing resets on the device, and swapping devices around, it eventually started working normally.
I don't recall seeing a firmware update, my wireless connectivity was decent in this spot (not great but not terrible), and I changed nothing else. I did do at least one swap of uninstalling and reinstalling the problem spot with a camera at a different spot.
Eventually it started working reliably, and has been fine since then (knock on wood).

After weeks of frustration, I finally found that my download and upload speeds were very low. It turned out that I was getting the internet connection via the Arlo hub and not directly from my modem. I was getting read of 12/6, now I’m getting 41/6.
