Hi!

I have tried getting help multiple times through chat and emails.  Almost every time I open my arlo app the all 7 of my cameras click on and if it’s dark the IR lights show.  How in the world do we stop this?  I’ve uninstalled and factory reset every camera, I’ve logged out of the arlo app and even deleted the app.  What else can I do?  Has anyone else had this issued and solved it?
