Still getting billed after cancelation

I canceled my subscription over a month ago. There’s no active cameras listed in the plan. However I am still being billed. I should have known this was going to be an issue when I saw others saying the same thing. Also find it weird I am unable to speak directly to a person. Any information on how to proceed would be great.

Can you add a camera to the plan?  That would give you a path to phone support.
