VMC2040B stopped working

I order this camera in July 2022.  It no longer responds.  It shows that it's connect to hub.  I've removed the device from app and re added it, but it still won't respond.  Very frustrated with trying to get support from Arlo regarding this issue.

Use Settings, Support and select your camera to contact official support.
