My essential indoor cam is offline , reset, removed device and reconnect, unplugged/plugin, still shows offline. Any idea what’s going on? My internet is great and the other 2 cam works perfectly fine.

Use Settings, Support to perhaps start the replacement process.

thanks for the reply, try everything still now work. looks like need replacement,(newly install about 6weeks)

If you can still exchange it with the seller, then do that instead of contacting support.
