I am having extreme difficulties setting up arlo essential indoor cameras to an already existing account with many cameras. I have tried to set up at least 10 times. Only two times have I even received a chime from the scanning and then it freezes up at trying to update the firmware. Does anyone know what the issue would be?

I have seen some hiccups with the onboarding process, Are you trying to setup directly to your router? you can try onboarding via the web portal as well.

I have tried both. I cannot even get a chime with the router. That is why I am trying to connect directly with the web. But that doesn't seem to be working either. I may have to return these cameras.
