Unable to reset Arlo Baby

Connection issues with my Arlo baby camera as all of a sudden the amber lite stayed solid.

 

When I disconnected from the power and reconnected, the light comes on immediately and remain solid Amber also.

 

I have tried putting a paperclip in the rever hole and holding for 10 (plus) seconds several times as suggested to make it factory default again so that I can ado it as a new camera but the light once again stay solid Amber even with the clip inserted.

make sure you turn off the battery ( under feet ) and then while plugged into power do a reset

Having similar issues as well. Stuck on getting the device added back to app. I'd get a chime and a solid blue light, but camera can't be found by app
