Arlo baby is not streaming and monitoring movement at night

My Arlo Baby will only stream live video and monitor movements and sounds during the day from mornings around 630 until about 7:30 at night. I NEED this to monitor my baby all night and track her movements because she has a rare genetic disorder with seizures that happen during her sleep, so we rely on these captured videos of her seizures to send to her Neurologist team. I do not understand why it will not monitor my baby at night if it is monitoring her movements during the day. I have all of the alerts on, I have it set to motion triggered alerts, audio triggered alerts and if an alert is triggered it is set to record it. Why is this only working during the day!??? Help.
