I tried to access my Arlo baby camera last night and it asked for a 2 step verification code. I selected text message and never received. I continued to attempt without any success. I then tried authentication through email and my verification codes would not work. Has anyone experienced this? I have already reset password and every time I try to log in, it says, "Unused second factor auths reached". I never got my second factor auths until HOURS later at 1:00am. I am not getting the support I need through Arlo support and am worried I won't be able to appropriately monitor my baby at night.
