Arlo baby monitor not working at all

My monitor is completely dead (not working at all) I have gone through all the troubleshooting with support to no avail. It is still within warranty but I can't seem to find a single person to honor the warranty. This is extremely frustrating. Any advice on who to contact?

Can you PM me with the Admin email that the camera was setup with?

What is your case number you have with Arlo Tech Support?

We have no number. We’ve done the online chat and all the troubleshooting and we’ve been told we are not entitled to Arlo tech support and have no way of reaching them. The unit is completely dead there is nothing we can do with it. It is less than a year old so how can we not be able to have the unit repaired.
