We have occasional gaps in the sensor history. Please see the attached image. It seems that the camera overheats, resets, and is unavailable for 2-4 hours. Is this a defect? Software problem? We've had the monitory now for about 5 days and this has occured at least 3 times.

What makes u think it's overheating? The Baby normally runs warm but not overly hot to touch.
Or is it possible the Baby is loosing wifi for a short time...

Hi @TomMac, thanks for the reply. If you look at the image you'll see that there is an artificial extremely high temperature and humidity level when this occurs. It is not a WiFi issue as losing WiFi would not result in artificially high temperature and humidity.
Any other thoughts?

You could try a full reset and or a recalibration of the sensor...

And if NG, return for a new one or contact Arlo support re warranty

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem with my Arlo Baby. See attached.
Should be something related to the last firmware update because 1 year I had no problems with the camera.
I have no more warranty.
How can I fix this?
