Cant see shared video after one account upgrade software view but same version

We have 2 difference accouts.
Account 1 use with 2 baby cam and account 2 has many indoor /outdoor devices with base station.Now both accounts are on the same software version but have difference view.Normally we shared device between account 1 and 2 so we can see video both.But after account 1 have updated something that pop up on the screen so now we can not see the video across account anymore, just receive notification in shared account but can not see any shared video.Please help to support how can we upgrade software on account2.

The hack to migrate the second account to "Feed" is to go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera. While you cannot complete that process without the camera, the workflow will migrate the account to "Feed" before you get stuck.
Once you migrate to "Feed", you cannot migrate back to "Library". Some limitations with the new user interface you should consider:
- "Feed" has no custom modes. While you can modify the three built-in modes, you cannot add any more.
- The combination of geofencing+scheduling currently does not work.
