Hi, my camera appears to be frozen/unable to boot. It is displaying a constant orange light. A few days ago I turned the integrated light on and then it restarted and hasn’t been able to boot since. I’ve tried resetting by pressing reset for 10 seconds. Nothing. I’ve drained the battery. Nothing. Is it now landfill….

That's not relevant to my camera. It's an Arlo Baby. It's an indoor model and connects to WiFi only.

Were you able to get the camera to unfreeze?

No. And it's impossible to speak to someone at Arlo. I just get sent to a static page on how to reset the device.

With the device now being out of warranty there is no further steps that can be given since the device will no longer turn on.

So it is now landfill…
Although I would argue it doesn’t fit within UK consumer statutory legal rights in that the camera must be satisfactory as described, fit for purpose, and last a reasonable length of time.
And the last one is crucial. Items must last a reasonable length of time, provided that you have behaved as you should with them.
I would appreciate if there is someone at Arlo to discuss this
