My Arlo app recently asked me to update it. And since then people I have shared my Arlo camera with can no longer see the camera in their app. While we both have the same version of the app mine looks completely different to theirs and I assume because of this they can’t see the camera any more. How do I fix this?

They need to migrate their accounts to "Feed' as well.
The hack to do this: They go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera. That process can't be finished, since they don't have the camera. But the workflow will migrate them to "Feed" before they get stuck.
If they have their own cameras, then there are some downsides they should know about.
- Feed does not support custom modes. While you can modify the three built-in modes, you cannot add more.
- The combination of geofencing+scheduling doesn't work due to bugs.
