Since the update in to 4.0 we have lost the live video feed from our Arlo Baby camera. There is audio but no video. This is the live feed, not related to the video recording or storage. It is a problem on our Android platform and the online My Arlo website/app.
Prior to the update it was fine. What is the solution?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
