Baby Arlo Movement Sensor Closes App

We have the Arlo Baby Monitor and whenever we try to adjust the motion sensor it closes the app. I’ve had a friend try the same thing with theirs and the same thing happens. Camera isn’t recording movement and we’re not able to adjust sensor because the app closes. Help!

Have you tried to adjust the settings via the web access   ( my.arlo.com ) with a browser...

Find it much more stable and if it works it means the issue is in the app not the Baby

This has been happening to me for the last week or so. The camera is also not detecting motion. Support is supposedly sending me a new camera
