I have been trying to reconnect my Arlo baby, that I’ve had for two years, and the device cannot be detected. I’ve restarted as I was instructed. The next issue is instead of an amber light it’s a pink light. Any idea how to fix it? I’m not privillaged to talk to a service rep so any input helps.
Thanks!

Did you reset the Baby ?
hold in reset for about 10 sec till the led flashes... then set up the Baby as if new.
I find it helps on the web access... my.arlo.com
Then once all info is in and Bbay working, I unplug and move to the new location ( it should hook into the wifi automatically in under 2 mins )
