We had the device connected to home wifi and it worked fine. Then took it overseas and managed to get it connected once, but the next time (different location) it wouldn’t connect again. I removed device and tried again and it could never locate it. I tried the auto search for device and via QR code and didn’t work. Since returning home I’ve tried 10+ times to connect by adding new device and it still doesn’t work (tried via auto detect and QR code). My phone is definitely connected to the same wifi I keep using on the app to connect. I’m so close to throwing it against the wall. It shouldn’t be this hard.

Hi @AliP
Have you tried to remove the camera from the settings then reset the arlo baby? I have attached an article here that will assist with the process.
