Arlo baby video breaking up but not on Arlo Pro 2

I'm having issues with my Arlo baby monitor, the video keeps breaking up and can be very jerky. I don't have this issue with any other Arlo pro 2 cameras I have.

Any suggestions?

Hi @garethkendall19,

 

Try to make sure you're viewing the live stream through the same WiFi network as your Arlo Baby camera. You can read more here to see how to reduce the video lag: How can I reduce video streaming lag or delays when viewing my Arlo Baby camera?

I am on the same WiFi network. I don't seem to have this issue with my 3 pro 2 cameras, they are fine.

Have you tried to reboot your Arlo Baby and see if that helps? Are you seeing the video breaking up when trying to view the video from the web client from your computer or the app from your phone?

I've given it a reboot and so far so good.
