Sudden pixelation

As of 2/5 I’m noticing pixelation again and general bugs where full screen continues to pan back out every few seconds. I’m on same WiFi network as camera, using Android Nexus 7 tablet (because Apple HomeKit has too many bugs and was unreliable). Any ideas why? Was there a recent update that once again broke things?
