For the life of me I cannot locate my Arlo baby when trying to connect. It worked fine for months then one night just disconnected and we haven’t been able to get it back on since. Resetting via reset button does nothing.
Amber light flashes, but then goes off and the White Back light comes on. This happens on loop.
When connecting I hear the chime when doing it by QR Code but then it can’t locate the camera. Can’t locate on Apple home either. Any ideas before it goes in the bin?

Make sure you hold the reset for about 10 secs.... till the front LED flashes amber
Also don't forget to turn off battery switch under feet for a few secs after unpowering

But did the front LED flash amber on reset ??

During a reset of holding down button for 10 secs or more, the front led will flash amber... if it doesn’t, then it hasn’t reset.
From what you described, it may be a hardware issue
