Arlo Baby Getting Status

My Arlo baby is showing Getting Status... when i am accessing from outside(every few times worked)

But works fine when connects to same wifi network in home.

This is not solving my purpose at all.. as i need to watch my Baby when i am at work not when I'm in home

Any suggestion and setting.

Reset is not a solution everytime

What phone and OS are you using to access.... it may be OS and/or phone specific .

( the new iOS 11 has had a few issues )

Can you try and access on a different phone and also access via the web to assure the system is working normally.

but i dont think its OS issue as its working fine when i am in home on same wifi network

Are you connected to your mobile data or your work network when at work? It sounds like your work network could be blocking the stream.
